HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
If you are ordering an individual shirt, you can select shipping as usual. We do not upcharge you for shipping rates, they are based on your location from our shop in NH. If your team is doing a ‘group’ order your merchandising person/captain/head person in charge of shirts may want them shipped as a block directly to them OR your team may be close enough that I will deliver them. Please refer to your team’s directions regarding shipping. Single orders such as patches, table clothes, etc.. can also be picked up at our shop or shipped.
DO WE OFFER A REDUCED PRICE TO MILITARY MEMBERS?
We currently offer a 15% price reduction for military members on all purchases. We place the military branch on your license plate if requested! Please reach out to us before purchase so we can issue you a discount code.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN THE USA?
Yes all of the products we sell are made in our shop right in Dover, New Hampshire in the United States of America. We source as many materials and supplies as possible originating in the USA or its allies.
IS THIS ALL YOU WILL BE OFFERING?
No way! We have several things already in our production queue that may not be on our page yet! As of today those items include but are not limited to helmet covers, table covers, different styles of shirt, patches and (eventually) STICKERS! If you do not see what you and your team are looking for please just reach out. If we are capable of doing your special request we will do it! Asking is the first step and we can't know what the people want if the people don't ask.
WHATS UP WITH YOUR SIZING?
We went a different route than most clothing manufacturers to get you the best fit possible. Please refer to our SIZING page for details on sizing. Rest assured that if you cannot find your size for any reason we can work with you to get you what you need.
TEAM ORDERING? IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
When a team reaches out to us we will work with your uniform rep/president/whoever you have in charge of the uniforms to arrive at an approved design for the uniforms. After that we will be setting up a team portal where your individual team members will be able to order their shirts. That portal will stay open. Period. Unless your team decides to go to a different uniform supplier we will take orders on your team design as they come.
MINIMUM? WHATS THAT? Every shirt is individually produced here by our crack team of two people-there is not now nor will there ever be a minimum order.(OK i guess technically the minimum order is ONE but you get what I’m saying)
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR JERSEY DESIGN?
Fast communication is always the key to fast turnaround time! If we can achieve your design goal quickly that is good for everyone. It is hard to put a timeline on design time as there are many factors involved that can slow down the process, like regular day jobs, board approval, and life getting in the way. Rest assured that we are working as fast as we can on your jerseys-the better the communication between us and your decision makers the faster the turnaround time.
WHAT STYLES ARE AVAILABLE?
We currently have a raglan sleeve tee, a singlet (like a tank top but with wider shoulders) and a racerback tank. Those three shirt styles can have several different neckline options….crew, V and scoop. They will also be available in a variety of crop lengths. If those don’t meet your needs you can always inquire about different options.
WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
Anything you can think of. We print our fabric in house and can produce/reproduce any color you need - INCLUDING fluorescents that are black light reactive!
HOW CAN YOU COLOR MATCH?
If your IP/Current shirt design has a specific color call out or spot color (PMS,CMYK callout etc) we can just use that information to match your color. We can also work with a swatch of your color or a whole shirt. In the end you will be approving the shirt as a whole and the colors in particular so we can work through it together!
LEAD TIME FOR JERSEY PRODUCTION?
We are hoping to keep the turnaround under four weeks. That being said, it may be much faster. We hope to keep everyone updated on where their jersey is in line for production. Whether it is faster than four weeks or looking to be longer you will know! We are always available to answer questions via email, text or phone call!
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
Short answer is YES. Its just James and I out here in the shop printing and cutting and sewing. If we have not gotten to your jersey yet OF COURSE we can change it! Obviously if we have already shipped it that may be tricky but always reach out to us with questions!
DO YOU DO SHIRT DESIGN?
The short answer is YES (this is a recurring theme for us) Please reach out to us if you need design services.
